I. Return / Delivery
Our return policy, in accordance with the Consumer Code, is 14 days. You therefore have 14 days from the reception of the product to request a return. Once the return is approved by our "Returns - Cancellations" department, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.
As long as you have not received an order confirmation email indicating the expected delivery date, you can immediately submit a cancellation request. This will be processed as soon as possible and we will refund the full amount of your order.
The sending of the confirmation e-mail and the estimated delivery date is linked to the logistic processing of your order. The order is then transmitted to our supplier and it is therefore not possible to cancel it immediately. This means that you will receive your order.
In this case, you will have to submit a refund request according to the procedure below:
Contact Womland's customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, who will give you the postal address of the "Returns - Cancellations" department to use for the rest of the procedure, and will also provide you with a sample refund request form to send back.
Send the completed refund form by mail to the "Returns - Refunds" department. In order to avoid any dispute, these shipments must be sent by registered mail with return receipt.
Return your order by mail as soon as you receive it. Again, to avoid any dispute, this shipment must be made by registered mail with return receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the returned product may vary.
We remind you that if we take charge of the shipping costs of the orders, the shipping costs for the return of an item remain entirely at your charge, and the shipping costs are not refundable, in accordance with the legislation in force.
To receive a refund, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, if applicable.
Many types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous products, or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards.
* Certain health and personal care products.
* Books with visible signs of use.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned after 14 days of receipt of the product.
If you receive an item listed above or one that is found to be non-compliant by our customer service department, your cancellation will be rejected and the item will be returned to you at your expense, in accordance with the regulations in force.
Refunds (if any)
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will send you an email confirming that we have received them. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your refund request.
If your request is approved, the total amount of your order will be refunded using only your original method of payment and no later than 48 hours.
Late or Missed Refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in crediting your refund.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Damaged items received (if any)
Although we ask our suppliers to ship products with the best possible protection, it is still possible that your order may be damaged in transit.
If this is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damaged product.
II. Delivery time and delivery
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and to optimize delivery times according to costs.
In order to offer you our products at the best price, we strive to find the best suppliers worldwide, both in terms of quality and price. Our products are shipped directly from the warehouses of these suppliers, located mainly in Asia and North America. For this reason, the average waiting time for an order is 15 to 20 days, with the following breakdown
Approval and processing of the order takes place within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours.
Receipt of the product is confirmed by our customers within an average of 12 days.
This period can go up to 30 days in case of customs blocking when the product is shipped from abroad by our suppliers.
All our products are covered by a two-year guarantee of conformity, in accordance with the legislation in force.
For each purchase of one of our products, a legal guarantee against hidden defects also applies for a period of two years.
